My clients and I are a partnership. You have all the answers already, and my role as your life coach is to shine a light on the things that matter to you most. When you come to me for the first time, you may feel stuck, confused, or overwhelmed. By engaging with me, you will begin to feel motivated, clear about where you want to be, and confident that you can get there.Throughout our coaching engagement, we will explore the things that bring you joy, the resources you can depend on, and what you can do to achieve your goals.
I am a certified Positive Psychology Life Coach, having completed extensive training with the Wholebeing Institute. My educational and training background prior to this is in Clinical Psychology and Behaviour Therapy. I have a wealth of knowledge and life experience in overcoming challenges, and finding motivation and peace in my life. I am also certified as a children's yoga and meditation instructor.

I draw upon scientific research in the field of Positive Psychology to guide our coaching engagement. This is a holistic approach that enables us to explore all life areas that we feel need healing, increase your confidence, create manageable goals, and ensure commitment to these goals. Your happiness and positive experiences can start now, and continue along the entire path to your goals and beyond, and I will help you create that.
Our first official interaction will be in a free, 1 hour-long exploration session. If we decide to work together, I recommend that we have weekly coaching sessions for continuity. However, this is flexible depending on your circumstances.
